They''re looking for a Night Shift Engineering Team Leader to lead the engineering team through the night shift, keep production running reliably, and take charge of the engineering function in the Shift Manager''s absence. The Role * Lead and support the engineering team through the night shift, working hands-on alongside them on maintenance and repairs. * Coordinate and prioritise maintenance activities and breakdown responses. * Carry out fault-finding, diagnostics and root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues. * Drive planned preventative maintenance and continuous improvement to maximise uptime. * Keep accurate CMMS records and uphold health, safety and compliance standards. * Act as the key engineering point of contact for production and factory management on shift.
