Position: Engineering Team Leader Salary: up to 60,000Location: Northwest London (commutable from Ealing, Brent, Harrow, Watford, Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and surrounding areas) Monday - Friday 1500 Bonus + Guaranteed Annual Pay increasesA well-established food production business is looking for an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join their site, leading a team of Maintenance Engineers and playing a key role in keeping production running safely, reliably and efficiently.This is a great opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards environment and wants to make a genuine impact on team performance, reliability and continuous improvement.Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you''ll lead and support a team of Maintenance Engineers, ensuring service levels are maintained across the whole site. Key responsibilities include: Managing daily priorities for the Maintenance Engineering team Working closely with Operations Shift Managers and Team Leaders to reduce response times and deliver effective repairs Leading root cause analysis and problem-solving to eliminate recurring equipment and process failures Prioritising and delivering planned maintenance to best-in-class standards Owning and improving the CMMS, engineering stores and spare parts management processes Monitoring engineering KPIs and implementing corrective actions to improve performance Coordinating engineering resources and workload planning across reactive ..... full job details .....
