Engineering Team Leader

About The RoleWe are recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader to join our expanding team based in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidate will work Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30. The salary for this position is £41,500 - £43,500.Main Responsibilities:Supervising and leading the Engineering TeamPlanning and scheduling day-to-day repairs and improvement projects for production machines and supporting equipmentEnsuring breakdowns are dealt with effectively and timely, with accurate processing in the Shire (CMMS) systemMaintaining engineering compliance, ensuring all equipment is safe and operationalLeading PPM activities in the designated areaSupporting the Engineering Manager and Supervisor with machine improvement plansCommunicating effectively with all management levels, providing status updates and actionable feedbackIn addition, as a responsible person, you must read, understand, and adhere to policies and procedures related to Health and Safety, as outlined in the IMS Responsibilities document.About YouDesired Skills and Knowledge:

HNC/HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)Proven track record of delivering resultsSelf-motivated with strong prioritization skillsRelevant experience in engineering management, ideally in the woodworking industry; FMCG experience is a bonusStrong computer literacyExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbout The CompanyWren Kitchens is passionate about kitchens and our people!
