You''ll play a key role in driving engineering performance, minimising downtime, and supporting site-wide improvement projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance engineers.Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across manufacturing equipment.Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.Coordinate engineering resources to maximise site performance.Drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.Monitor engineering KPIs and implement corrective actions.Manage engineering stores and critical spare parts.Support shutdown activities and contractor management.Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures.Work closely with production ..... full job details .....
