Job Role of the Engineering Team Leader

An Excellent opportunity has become available for a experienced and qualified Engineering Team Leader to work for a growing FMCG Manufacturing company. The Engineering Team Leader will be involved in managing a team of 2 engineers on whilst also be involved in the hands on maintenance and running of machinery. The Engineering Team Leader will be working in a automated factory with lots of opportunities to learn and develop skills. This is a Hands on role and you will be involved in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Team Leader

• Engineering Qualification 
• Experience in a Leadership or Supervisory role 
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Engineering Team Leader

• Experience in managing a team of engineers 
• Recognised engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Good with Training and development

Desirable Requirements for the Engineering Team Leader

• Experience working as Maintenance Team Leader in the UK.
