We are working with a family-founded FMCG business in Norfolk, who are looking for an- Engineering Team Leader -to join their team, supporting the engineering supervisor/manager in the delivery of a schedule of planned and reactive maintenance.- As as- Engineering Team Leader- duties include: Inspecting facilities to plan maintenance, and work with the engineering supervisor to agree and schedule the works. Allocating work to the engineering team, monitoring progress, and documenting completion/issues. Hands on assistance with PPM and breakdowns, diagnosing faults and undertaking work as required. Monitoring stock and equipment control. Collaborating with the engineering supervisor on process improvements. Supporting factory line setters and addressing any production line/machinery issues with them.
