We''re looking for an Engineering Team Leader to run a small engineering team at a busy manufacturing site just outside Boston. This is a 4 on/4 off day and night shift role, paying around -55K, with real responsibility and hands-on work.

You''ll:

• Lead the engineering team and keep production running smoothly
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve machinery
• Make safety and quality non-negotiable

You''ll need:

• Manufacturing engineering leadership experience
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills
• Comfort with rotating shifts
