The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient and productive working environment, whilst supporting the development of team members, resolving technical issues and driving continuous improvement across the production operation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong background in electromechanical assembly, testing, calibration and fault finding, combined with the ability to lead and support others. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the production team, promoting efficient working practices and minimising downtime. Assemble, test and calibrate electromechanical products in line with approved procedures and quality standards.
