Engineer Team Leader Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer ready to take the next step into leadership? We''re looking for a technically strong and motivated Engineer Team Leader to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership position where you''ll lead a small team of engineers, support production and play a key role in improving plant reliability, reducing downtime and maximising OEE. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you''ll take responsibility for the day-to-day engineering function on your shift, ensuring equipment is maintained safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Engineer Team LeaderKey Responsibilities Lead, support and develop a team of Multi-Skilled Engineers. Coordinate daily engineering resources and prioritise work alongside Production. Manage and carry out reactive and preventative maintenance to maximise plant uptime. Provide hands-on support with fault finding, repairs and equipment reliability. Lead and support Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement activities. Assist with the management and supervision of contractors, ensuring safe and professional working practices. Ensure all engineering work complies with health and safety, Permit to Work, food safety and environmental requirements. Support the management of engineering spares, inventory and maintenance planning. Ensure machinery, plant and engineering systems meet relevant legislative requirements.
