Performance Objectives Manage and prioritise engineering breakdowns, ensuring all work is completed quickly, safely, and effectively to minimise downtime. Coordinate the activities of shift engineers, ensuring all maintenance reports and documentation are completed accurately and issued within agreed timescales. Support the performance management and development of the engineering team through mentoring and guidance. Drive the achievement of Engineering KPIs and departmental targets. Contribute to the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the Engineering department to support business growth.
