Job Title Engineering Team Leader Working Hours Rotating Panama Shift pattern 06 00, 18 00 The role Working supervision of the shift engineering team to ensure a high level of engineering support to all site functions. Ensuring the shift functions within a safe and efficient manner and that all required documentation and communication is completed. General Skills Engineering Team Leader Good Engineering Knowledge gained within an FMCG environment. Self-managed and able to influence others to gain their maximum performance. HNC or NVQ3 or higher in engineering with Supervisory experience Ideally from an electrical background. Good communication and IT skills (Word/EXCEL/Outlook etc) Key duties and Skills required: Engineering Team Leader To manage and prioritise breakdowns ensuring that all work is carried out quickly and effectively. To co-ordinate the work of the shift engineers, ensuring all reports and records are completed correctly and issued within the correct timescales. Work with the engineering planner to ensure PPM tasks are suitable and routine replacement parts are identified for planned tasks. Assist in the Performance management of the team, by carrying out 1-2-1 reviews of shift engineers to implement and measure KPIs/Targets. Maintain high GMP standards across the engineering estate.
