Synergi is proud to partner with a leading FMCG manufacturer to recruit a motivated and hands-on Engineering Team Leader for their busy, well-invested site in Hayes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with a wide range of modern, automated machinery. You''ll be leading a highly skilled team of Maintenance Engineers, sharing knowledge, driving performance, and keeping downtime to a minimum in a fast-paced production environment.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers.
• Driving engineering performance in line with KPI targets and budgets.
• Ensuring all engineering activity meets the highest standards for Health & Safety, compliance, and site hygiene.
• Managing contractor activity and liaising with suppliers to coordinate maintenance and spare parts.

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience in FMCG/manufacturing - ideally high-speed, high-volume production.
• Strong people leadership skills - able to motivate, coach, and develop your team.
• Excellent electrical knowledge, including PLC fault finding and problem solving.
• Relevant engineering qualifications (apprenticeship, HNC, HND, or equivalent).
