A leading FMCG manufacturer in South Lincolnshire is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to strengthen their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to take on first-line leadership responsibilities while remaining hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Engineering Team Leader Role

• Leading and coordinating a small engineering team across shifts
• Delivering planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery
• Fault finding on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and PLC systems
• Supporting continuous improvement, changeovers, and new installations
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and technical standards

The Successful Engineering Team Leader

• Electrical bias preferred (Level 3 Engineering or completed apprenticeship)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Background in FMCG or manufacturing environments
• Previous leadership exposure with strong communication skills
• Ambition to progress into a more senior management role in the future
