This is a hands-on leadership position where you will manage a small, multi-skilled engineering team while remaining actively involved in engineering and maintenance activities across the site. The successful candidate will have a strong multi-skilled engineering background, ideally gained within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment, together with previous experience leading or supervising engineers.
