Engineering Systems Coordinator

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for an Engineering Systems Coordinator on a 6-month contract, located in Warwick (hybrid) Role Overview and Key Deliverables We are seeking an Engineering Systems Coordinator to manage drawing alteration requests and oversee technical administrative workflows. This position suits a candidate with a Mechanical Engineering background, including proactive recent graduates with strong digital and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage drawing alteration requests. Execute minor technical drawing changes using NX. Administer engineering concessions within SAP. Utilize PLM systems to track and manage engineering data. Lead and facilitate global online meetings with stakeholders. Key Skills and Experience Required: Background in Mechanical Engineering (Degree/HND equivalent or recent graduate). Technical proficiency in PLM systems, SAP, and Siemens NX. Working knowledge of technical drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDandT). Strong technical project management and general IT skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead cross-functional online meetings globally.
