Salary: -45,000 - -55,000 + Bonus + Car AllowanceKey Responsibilities

• Work with project teams to define survey and geospatial needs
• Design survey solutions that balance safety, practicality and cost
• Produce scopes, technical proposals and fee estimates
• Price and quote for geospatial services
• Advise on survey methods, outputs and deliverables
• Support bids, tenders and pre-construction planning
• Coordinate with survey crews to ensure jobs are scoped correctly and delivered well
• Identify opportunities where new technology and smarter workflows can add value
• Help grow the geomatics offering by identifying new opportunities
• Stay up to date with survey standards, best practice and emerging technology

• HND, Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Background in surveying, geomatics or geospatial work
• Broad technical knowledge covering control and setting out, topo, laser scanning, UAV, monitoring, GIS, machine control, tunnelling, bathymetry and PAS128 utility mapping
• Experience producing or supporting scopes, estimates, quotes or technical proposals
• Confident communicator with commercial awareness and an appetite for business development
• Strong focus on HSQ and a sharp eye for detail
• MRICS, MCInstCES or equivalent, or working towards chartership
• Experience on major schemes across rail, water, energy, transport or heavy civils beneficial
• Familiarity with BIM and Digital Engineering workflows beneficial
• Full UK Driving Licence
