The engineering team is central to maintaining production uptime and supporting continuous improvement.They are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to lead the engineering function, manage a multi skilled team and deliver strong performance across maintenance, compliance and reliability.The RoleThe Engineering Supervisor will oversee the full engineering operation, ensuring machinery, equipment and site services remain safe, compliant and performing effectively.This is a hands on leadership role covering planned maintenance, breakdown response, engineering standards, contractor management and improvement activity. You will work closely with production teams to maximise uptime and minimise disruption.Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the engineering team to ensure capability, engagement and strong performanceManage the PPM system and ensure planned tasks are completed on time and to standardTake ownership of breakdown response and deliver effective root cause solutionsReduce downtime through analysis, problem solving and preventative actionsOversee mechanical and electrical fault finding and support hands on repairs when requiredManage external contractors for ..... full job details .....
