Engineering Supervisor Required!Our client is a leading UK-based manufacturer.On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced Engineering Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for take a hands-on leadership role within the workshop, ensuring the efficient build, repair, refurbishment, and preparation of equipment.Package:Salary 35,000 - 40,000 (DOE)25 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany pension schemeEarly finish FridaysWorking hours Monday - Thursday 8am till 5pm and Fridays 8am till 1pmEngineering Supervisor - Responsibilities: Actively participate in workshop activities including assembly, rework and testing of equipmentSupervise and support workshop engineers on a day-to-day basis, providing hands-on guidance and technical supportSupport the Production Manager with workload prioritisation, coordination, and planning of upcoming projectsEnsure all work is completed to specification, on time, and to required quality standardsEnsure compliance with company quality standards and requirementsMaintain strict adherence to health and safety procedures across all workshop activitiesCarry out and oversee quality inspections and checksCoordinate effectively with engineering, service, and production teams to meet deadlinesAttend production meetings, providing clear updates on project status, progress, and potential delaysContribute to continuous improvement through product and process feedbackEngineering Supervisor - Requirements: Time-served ..... full job details .....
