Job Title: Data Centre Engineering SupervisorLocation: SloughOverview A leading global provider of critical facilities management is seeking a Data Centre Engineering Supervisor to join their team in Slough. This is a key role in ensuring the reliable operation of building services, infrastructure, and critical systems within a high-availability environment. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, oversee maintenance operations, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. You will manage a team of engineers, act as the escalation point for technical issues, and play a central role in training, audits, and risk management. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop a team of engineers. Allocate workloads, manage time, and oversee costs for maintenance activities. Ensure critical engineering services and data centre operations achieve 100% availability. Act as the technical lead for day-to-day maintenance, subcontractors, and support teams. Operate as an HV Authorised Person and manage change control processes. Oversee permits, method statements, risk assessments, and technical documentation. Support compliance with statutory maintenance, health andamp; safety, and risk management processes. Provide technical guidance, reports, and input into client meetings.
