The DetailsLocation- ThetfordTerm- PermanentSalary- Circa £50,000 per annum dependant on experienceThe RoleReporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will take ownership of the site''s computerised maintenance management system (CMMS), ensuring it is fully implemented, accurately maintained, and embedded into daily engineering activity. Alongside system ownership, you will supervise and support the engineering team across both shifts - allocating tasks, attending breakdowns, and stepping in on the tools when the situation demands it.Key Responsibilities Own and manage the CMMS: building asset registers, scheduling PPM tasks, logging reactive maintenance, and using data to drive continuous improvementSupervise the engineering team across a two-shift rota, providing practical, floor-based leadershipAttend and lead equipment breakdowns, particularly during peak production periods or reduced staffingEnsure planned preventative maintenance is completed to the required standardEnforce safe ..... full job details .....
