This is a pivotal leadership role where you will lead and support a team of multi-skilled technicians, driving plant performance, reducing downtime, and ensuring maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently. Day-to-day of the role:  Lead and supervise a shift team of engineers and contractors to maximise plant performance and uptime. Prioritise planned and reactive maintenance activities to support operational requirements. Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs across plant and machinery. Deliver preventative and breakdown maintenance to minimise downtime. Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement long-term corrective actions.
