Key Responsibilities1. Engineering Governance and Statutory ComplianceTechnical Compliance Ownership: Guarantee 100% statutory technical compliance across all mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) infrastructure in strict accordance with current HSE legislation, CIBSE guidance, and industry-recognised standards.Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) and AP/CP Regimes: Oversee and audit the contract''s Safe Systems of Work, managing or acting within Authorised Person (AP) / Competent Person (CP) appointments across critical site disciplines (including High and Low Voltage Electrical Safety, Complex HVAC and Ventilation, Water Hygiene / Legionella control, and Pressure Systems).Audit and Inspection Readiness: Maintain comprehensive, audit-ready physical and digital logbooks to ensure the estate consistently surpasses internal, client, and external statutory governance audits2.
