The company delivers engineering solutions across water infrastructure, oil and gas and commercial sectors, working with a diverse range of clients.In this role, you''ll be the key technical point of contact for the engineering workforce and subcontractors, ensuring works are organised, managed and delivered to a high standard. You''ll work closely with the Service Co-ordinator, Workshop Supervisor and wider engineering team to maximise productivity, maintain safety standards and resolve technical issues.The ideal candidate will have strong engineering experience and excellent organisational skills, with the confidence to manage technicians, prioritise workloads and provide practical technical solutions.
