KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the day-to-day operation and maintenance of M&E, HVAC, life-safety, lighting, access control and water systems. Manage PPM, reactive maintenance, statutory testing and compliance in line with SFG20 and relevant legislation. Lead and support a team of engineers, including 1:1s, training, toolbox talks and performance management. Manage hard-services contractors, ensuring SLA/KPI performance, quality and compliance. Oversee fire safety, water hygiene, electrical safety, lifts, pressure systems and HVAC compliance. Respond to plant failures and emergencies, minimising disruption to residents.
