About you?

- Previous experience as a Senior Engineer, Engineering Supervisor or Maintenance Manager looking after a small but efficient engineering department-
- Initiate and lead on-strategic works, key skills matrix overview and development of internal and future talent-
- Be a strong number 2 to the Engineering Manager, work closely to the benefit of the whole department and site-
