Engineering Supervisor

A growing FMCG manufacturer are seeking a Engineering Supervisor to oversee engineering operations on the nights shift. Salary £50,000 to £53,800 plus Benefits What You Will Do:- Manage the Engineering maintenance system to improve machinery uptime and control parts costs.- Lead and refine Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules to ensure assets perform to OEM specifications.- Conduct root cause analysis on significant downtime events and implement corrective actions.- Oversee purchasing of parts and services, ensuring cost-effective solutions and compliance with legal standards.- Monitor and report on engineering KPIs, including weekly maintenance budgets and PPM hours.- Facilitate contractor activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
