Role Title: Engineering Supervisor Location: London Role Purpose: The Engineering Supervisor serves as a technical lead and operational coordinator, providing hands-on engineering expertise while supporting the Engineering Manager with site operations, team coordination, and ensuring service delivery excellence across all building systems. Role Distribution: 60% hands-on tools 40% office-based support Main Duties and Responsibilities: Operational Coordination and Site Support Support the Engineering Manager in overseeing daily operations and compliance. Coordinate and monitor the Corrigo work order management system, ensuring timely assignment, progress tracking, and completion of maintenance requests in collaboration with the site engineering team Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for contract works and repairs, verifying work meets specifications and serves the best interests of landlords and tenants. Conduct dip checking of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities to verify completion standards, quality of work, and compliance with maintenance schedules. Hands-On Technical Leadership (40%) Perform planned maintenance activities and repairs on building systems as scheduled, maintaining technical proficiency across core engineering disciplines. Provide technical support to site engineering engineers.
