Engineering Supervisor (Industrial / Manufacturing) 50,000 - 60,000 + Overtime OTE 70k + Company Bonus + Days Based Abergavenny Are you an Engineering Supervisor or similar looking to join a 100 million turnover company, offering a leading, technical role handling an array of engineering projects and maintenance, whilst overseeing a team of 20 Engineers?In this role you will be split between day-to-day management of the engineers and handling engineering issues (80%) whilst getting stuck in on the tools when needed (20%). Your main tasks will be leading the team and resolving problems, ensuring production runs smoothly.Founded nearly 70 years ago, this materials processing company are the largest in the UK within their sector, boasting a turnover of 120 million.
