You will ensure engineering, manufacturing planning and technical activities are delivered efficiently and accurately, meeting customer requirements, company procedures, quality standards, regulatory requirements and Health & Safety expectations. Key responsibilities Lead, supervise and coordinate the Engineering department, allocating and prioritising work. Provide day-to-day technical leadership and support to Engineering, Production Supervisors and Operators. Interpret customer drawings, CAD models, specifications and standards, and translate them into effective manufacturing methods. Develop and maintain methods of manufacture, planning sheets, routings, manufacturing instructions and job packs.
