This is a hands on leadership role, responsible for managing a team of Multi Skilled Engineers and ensuring the site maintains continuous production through effective preventative maintenance, breakdown response and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background alongside previous experience supervising or leading an engineering team within a manufacturing environment.
