Salary Circa - £50,000
Location: Seaham Area
Shifts: Day Shift, Monday to Friday

The Position:
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor, with an Electrically Biased background desirably to fulfil a permanent position to report into the Maintenance Manager daily. This position requires experience of working within a Manufacturing industry.

Ideally this individual must have some man management experience – someone who is looking for a career within management and a company that can offer succession planning.


Skills & Requirements of a Lead Maintenance Engineer:  

• Time Served with a Maintenance Qualification
  To be electrically biased regarding your skillset
• To have worked within a manufacturing industry
• Strong electrical fault finding skills, fault diagnostics
• Awareness and the experience of working upon PPM schedules – implementation of PPM’s
• Excellent communications skills
• To have exposure of man management or some level of supervisory experience.  
  Exposure of working upon projects, or to have led projects within the past would be a huge advantage for this role.

Responsibilities:

• To oversee all PPM schedules, maintaining and developing these
• To have a hands-on approach when it comes to fault diagnostics and working upon breakdowns on machinery.
• Team player and hands-on approach.
  Undertake a variety of preventative and reactive maintenance duties.
• Potential installation of machinery.
• To man manage the team of maintenance engineers and projects on site.
