The Role Lead and organise the engineering team to deliver high performance and maximum equipment efficiency Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities through the CMMS system Drive Health and Safety standards and engineering compliance across the site Support continuous improvement, machine reliability and OEE initiatives Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and improve operational performance Manage contractors, engineering budgets, spare parts and maintenance records Coach and develop engineers and apprentices within the team Support CAPEX projects, machinery upgrades and sustainability initiatives About You Experience within ..... full job details .....
