This site runs 24/7, and you''d be embedded on-site as part of the customer''s operation, with real accountability for how engineering performs here. As Engineering Site Manager, you''ll take full responsibility for engineering on this site, reporting to the Customer Service Account Manager. You''ll lead a team of twelve resident engineers covering the site 24/7, keeping the automated system running safely and reliably. Success here means consistent uptime against KPIs, a compliant and well-run team, and a strong working relationship with the customer. Key responsibilities You''ll: Lead a team of 12 resident engineers, covering the site around the clock Manage contractors on-site through permit-to-work and the customer''s HandS plan Deliver system uptime against agreed KPIs and keep service records up to date Drive Planned Preventative Maintenance through the site''s CMMS Own line management, development, and annual appraisals for your team Identify lifecycle repair and replacement needs to support long-term asset planning Support the site''s on-call escalation rota, covering engineering issues outside normal hours ..... full job details .....
