The business is continuing to grow and offers strong long-term stability and progression opportunities.This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for leading the engineering team on shift, ensuring maintenance activities are delivered effectively and supporting the smooth running of production operations.You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, driving performance and ensuring compliance across all engineering functions on shift.Sector Factory Maintenance (FMCG / Food Manufacturing) Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Shift Team Leader• Multi-skilled engineer with a background in a manufacturing environment.• Engineering qualification.• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
