The site has recently invested in its operations, making this an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to develop their leadership skills and progress their career.The facility operates high-speed production and packaging lines, with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, food safety and continuous improvement.You will be responsible for leading the engineering team on shift, coordinating maintenance activities, overseeing fault-finding and breakdown repairs, and ensuring production machinery operates safely and efficiently. You will also drive preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to minimise downtime and maximise Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Sector Food Manufacturing / FMCGNon-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Shift Supervisor Previous experience supervising or leading an engineering team within a manufacturing environment.Strong electrical or multi-skilled engineering background.Hands-on experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.Experience managing engineering priorities and minimising production downtime.
