As a supervisor, you need to ensure all equipment and services are kept and functioned safely.You will be responsible for a team of engineers including day engineers and shift engineers, as well as ensuring KPIs are met.Ensure all planned maintenance is carried out in line with its scheduled date, prioritising Statutory and Mandatory tasks, and ensure Reactive Tasks are completed as per Priority.Qualifications
City and Guilds Parts 1and2 qualification or equivalentHVAP qualification and relevant HV experienceIEE 18th Edition Regulations (ideal)ISOH managing safelyEquivalent Mechanical qualifications would also be sufficient with the correct level of experiencePrevious experience of working within a critical environment (e.g., Data Centre) would be an advantageExperience in dealing with all types of electrical installation and repair work and ability to carry out all aspects of maintenance and installation requirements as required by the contract, making use of the uniform and PPE providedIT experience is necessary for recording work accuratelyFull understanding of statutory complianceAvailability to join a call-out rota and UK citizen; will have to complete SC and DV clearanceBenefits and culture
