Engineering Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a-Engineering Shift Supervisor-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an-Engineering Shift Supervisor-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

As the-Engineering Shift Supervisor-,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The-Engineering Shift Supervisor,-will be responsible for:

• Ensure all equipment and services are safely maintained and operational
• Supervise a team of day and shift engineers
• Monitor and ensure all KPIs are met
• Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is completed on schedule
• Prioritise and complete Statutory and Mandatory tasks
• Oversee completion of Reactive Tasks based on priority levels
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance across the site
• Ensure accurate recording of work through IT systems
• Comply with all Statutory Compliance requirements
• Participate in the on-call rota
• Maintain use and condition of uniform and PPE

To be successful for this Engineering Shift Supervisor-role you must have:

• City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1&2 or equivalent
• HVAP qualification with relevant High Voltage experience
• IEE 18th Edition Regulations (preferred)
• IOSH Managing Safely certification
• Equivalent mechanical qualifications (with relevant experience)
