Our client, an international leader in their field. They''re currently undergoing an exciting period of investment and seeking a proactive Engineering Shift Manager to lead, develop and motivate a shift engineering team made up of an Engineering Team Leader and Multi-skilled Engineers.  This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead from the front, ensuring production continuity and the safe, efficient operation of site assets.
