They have recently invested into the site and it''s a great place to work for any Engineering Shift Manager who wants to develop their career in all areas.The duties will involve about 30% of hands on maintenance work within a fully automated site and 70% of leading the shift, mentoring, delegating work load, dealling with issues and generally looking after the shift.Sector Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Shift Manager Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Leadership experience (Supervisory level is perfect) Level 3 engineering qualification Requirements for the Engineering Shift Manager Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.Leadership experienceExperience working within a manufacturing environment.
