Shifts: 4''s and 5''s days and nights

About the Role

A fantastic opportunity which is not to be missed by a strong Engineering Shift Manager has come to the forefront. This is going to be any engineer’s dream to work in this state-of-the-art, fully automated, fast-paced factory. They have recently invested into the site and it''s a great place to work for any Engineering Shift Manager who wants to develop their career in all areas.

The duties will involve about 30% of hands on maintenance work within a fully automated site and 70% of leading the shift, mentoring, delegating work load, dealling with issues and generally looking after the shift.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Shift Manager

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Leadership experience (Supervisory level is perfect) 
• Level 3 engineering qualification

Requirements for the Engineering Shift Manager

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Leadership experience
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Requirements for the Engineering Shift Manager

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.

• Experience of leading a shift within a large factory
