Magnet Recruit is recruiting an experienced Engineering Shift Manager / Maintenaznce Mnaager- for a well established Food Manufacturing / FMCG business. This organisation is well placed for continued growth and nthe site is expected to double in capacity over the next 12-24 months. We need a real people person for this role, somebody with a CI mindet and wants to strive to be the best.-

About you?

- Minimum of 5 years in an Engineering Shift Manager position or 2+ years as a Maintenance Manager within a Food Manufacturing / FMCG environment-
- Experienced in lean initiatives and a strong people leading culture-
- Somebody that has the ability to grow within a business that will be doubling its team size and capacity over the next couple of years-
