I''m recruiting for a Shift Lead to join a high-profile critical engineering team within a state-of-the-art commercial building in East London.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Senior Shift Engineer / Critical Shift Engineer looking to step into a leadership role on one of London''s most technically advanced commercial sites.

The role:

• Support and guide the engineering team
• Maintain critical M&E infrastructure
• UPS, generators, LV distribution, BMS, HVAC and cooling systems
• Switching, isolations and permits
• Contractor supervision
• Incident response and technical escalation
• PPM and reactive maintenance
• Support safe systems of work and site compliance

The ideal Shift Lead will come from a high-end commercial, banking, corporate HQ, data centre or other critical environment.

This is a genuine progression role for someone who wants more responsibility without moving away from hands-on engineering.
