As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Fire Service Service Manager to lead our regional gas suppression service operation across the Midlands. This is a key leadership position within Bryland Fire. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing our engineering team, managing service delivery and planning, maintaining technical and compliance standards, and acting as the senior escalation point for customers. The role will have a direct impact on engineering quality, customer satisfaction, contract retention, operational efficiency and regional profitability.
