This Engineering Scheduler opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Engineering Scheduler, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.About the Role:• Coordinating and scheduling engineering and maintenance appointments across multiple locations • Acting as a key point of contact for engineers, customers and internal stakeholders • Allocating jobs to engineers based on location, skill set and availability • Monitoring engineer diaries and responding to schedule changes in real time • Maintaining accurate records, systems and documentation • Supporting wider teams with workflow, reporting and general coordination • Ensuring service level agreements and customer deadlines are consistently achieved • Delivering exceptional service and demonstrating a professional approach at all timesAbout You:• Experience within a scheduling, planning, coordination or business support role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills...</description>
