Job Title: Engineering Sales ManagerLocation: Walsall, West MidlandsDuration: PermanentSalary: 65,000 - 70,000 per annum + performance-related bonusWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth, develop strategic customer relationships and secure new business opportunities across the UK''s engineering and manufacturing sectors.You will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of opportunities, growing existing accounts and converting enquiries into profitable, long-term contracts. Working closely with leadership, estimating, engineering and production teams, you will ensure commercial proposals align with customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Developing and implementing a sales strategy that supports sustainable business growth. Identifying new customers, projects and market opportunities within engineering and manufacturing sectors. Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts. Managing the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to contract award. Maintaining accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting and business development plans. Preparing commercially competitive and technically credible proposals in collaboration with internal teams. Reviewing project scope, specifications, pricing and commercial risks. Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities. Representing the business at customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions and industry events. ..... full job details .....
