Reporting operationally to the Head of Quality Engineering Airframe Wing and functionally to the Head of A220 Engineering, you will play a key role in leading quality engineering activities across the A220 programme. You will be embedded within the A220 Engineering Programme Management Team, providing functional direction to both Plant and Programme Engineering teams at the Belfast site. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM Manage supplier quality processes, including performance metrics and regular reviews with airframe engineering suppliers. Deliver structured quality reporting and support compliance across Plant and Programme Engineering. Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of quality standards and initiatives to support programme goals, including rate ramp-up. Implement early warning systems and risk mitigation tools (e.g. APQP, DFMEA) to monitor and manage high-risk deliverables.
