Key Responsibilities Manage engineering projects through the full project lifecycle. Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards. Liaise with customers, stakeholders, suppliers and support functions. Monitor project schedules, costs and risks. Support and guide engineering teams to achieve project objectives. Drive continuous improvement and best practice. Essential Requirements Proven experience leading engineering projects involving electronic or real-time systems. Strong technical engineering background.
