This is a strategic leadership role responsible for delivering capital investment and continuous improvement projects across a busy production site, supporting long-term growth, operational performance, and automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead capital and site improvement projects from concept through to completion. Manage project specifications, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover activities. Support the development and delivery of the site''s long-term capital investment plan. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, reporting, and ROI performance.
