This is a site-based, hands-on role, leading the successful delivery of engineering and capital projects within a live FMCG manufacturing environment, while providing technical leadership to Project Engineers and wider stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple CAPEX projects from concept to handover. Provide technical leadership and direction to Project Engineers and supporting resources. Manage project budgets, forecasts, risk, scope and delivery timelines. Ensure adherence to M-ller project governance, investment and change processes. Act as the senior engineering interface with Operations, HSE, Quality, Procurement, contractors and OEMs. Oversee contractor management, site safety, CDM compliance and commissioning activities.
