The Engineering Project Coordinator ensures alignment between internal teams, sales companies, and clients, driving projects through to successful delivery in line with specifications, timelines, and commercial agreements.Role and Responsibilities Ensure all project orders align with quoted specifications and agreed lead times before acknowledgementNegotiate and resolve contractual discrepancies between quotes and purchase orders with stakeholdersManage order acknowledgement and ensure compliance with internal invoicing processesProvide regular progress updates to stakeholders from order intake through to invoicingIdentify and communicate risks to delivery timelines, driving corrective actionsCoordinate documentation, certification, and third-party inspections where requiredSupport cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality, and operations to resolve issuesParticipate in ..... full job details .....
